Are the star dragon cqb rifles able to be turned into a dmr?
Well.....I guess if its time for me to leave  this world ima go out like a badass...

Asking this question is kind of like asking if you can tow a boat with a motorcycle. It is always theoretically possible, but it will cost you far more in time and money and homemade parts than it will ever be worth except for the because-I-can factor.

I suppose I should probably give a more helpful response.
The Star Dragon has one of the shortest barrels available to an airsofter, along with a notoriously weak gearbox version, nonstandard external parts that would require a fabricator to make a handguard or shroud for an extended barrel to keep it from flopping around exposed...
While JG guns are known to be a fairly reliable option for a new airsofter or a builder looking for a cheap, fairly solid base to build off of, they're not known for having the highest precision of parts inside. You will need to totally gut the gearbox in order to have it perform anything like you'd want with a gun that's limited to semiauto only.
