Bunkers
« on: February 26, 2009, 07:42:22 pm »
During the corse of the event, ALL troops will have the option of reinforcing thier bunkers using sandbags.

But, there is a catch...

You will be given EMPTY sandbags.  You will be given a limited number of entrenching tools.  Like Vietnam, when not out on patrol, when AT your base, you can use the natural sand base of the field to fill sandbags and create extentions onto the exsisting bunkers.

Or you can create new foxholes/bunkers

Just to be sure, that does mean we'll have the same base(s) for the whole weekend? Assuming I don't take the US positions that is  ;D.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you bring your as my supply will be very limited

i.e. you get one per team from me, and that's if i remember them, so on the chance that i will space out and forget mine, if you don't want to hand fill bags, i would bring one, even more so knowing how prone i am to fogetting spit

Breech, can E-tools be used as melee weapons?

He's not talking about physically hitting people with the e-tools (at least I hope not), but using a shovel in lieu of a knife for "shovel kills".

It might be a little bit unsafe if people have dug foxholes and then everyone's running around at night.... but I guess that's what the waiver is for.
