I had one that made my gun shoot 1rps.

It was a DMR hence the 1rps.

I've been looking at getting a programmable one here, got some money in the bank and it's a good time to think about that...

I've been using bigger and nastier batteries, and arcing literally vaporized my factory CA trigger pin and contacts.

The unit in question has a programmed feedback system for low-battery warning, voltage stepping, full-auto lockout, thermal lockout, overcharge lockout...

Unfortunately, it costs about $120 and is incredibly complex.

Try this place. Only $88.00 and will do single only, single/3rd burst or single/3rd burst/full auto among other things.

This sounds like a perfect upgrade to improve one's AEG performance and reliability.  Has anyone installed the pre-mentioned unit in a ICS M4?  The instructions mention replacing the in line fuse with this MOSFET, will the fuse become unnecessary if this unit is installed?

That's the one I'm looking to buy, except that the computer won't install right away just on its own. I still need new trigger wiring and a new mechanical trigger component for $40, which brings the cost up to $120.

Hammer:

The fuse is generally unnecessary in a gun with a name-brand motor, silicone wiring and a decent battery. If you're using a Shuangbao motor and battery and your wiring is stock PVC-wrapped, you probably don't need a MOSFET anyway.

Thanks for your insight Redtail.  Having a 3 round burst option and low battery indicator just sounded like nice options.

What do you guys think of the unconventional-airsoft mosfet with the one second delay for an M14 DMR? And should I get a thermo resettable fuse too?
