« on: July 20, 2010, 10:35:48 pm »
I just bought this vest the other day because last year the "bad guys" wore olive drap... assumed it would be the same this year.. o well.. is this vest ok if i wear a black or tan shirt on underneath?

I was also wondering if these goggles were legal, and if anyone has used them and has any comments on how good/bad they are.  thanks guys!

As I recall Gear Color in itself does not determine teams for Thunder. That means your vest could be ACU, but as long as your camo is something else you'll be put on the camo pattern's team. So it actually depends more on your actual clothing than vest. Having a similar/matching vest will help reduce FF though.

Mesh goggles are not allowed under any circumstances. When hit with BB's, the BB's can shatter and get plastic dust in your eye ball. It's not fun, therefore, they're not allowed.

Team affiliation is determined by Uniform not gear.  Gear color has no bearing on team.

Mesh goggles are not allowed under any circumstances.  If you are seen wearing mesh goggles you will be removed from the field.  If you do it again, you will be removed from the rest of the game.  No exceptions

The Bobster Prowlers look like they would be acceptable, provided they are full seal goggles and not just sunglasses with a strap.
